I bought a "Build a Reputation" package from Mylife.com but upon reading reviews and talking to my friends and family I'm not sure that it's a good idea anymore. I looked up the company's BBB rating, and that made me more uncomfortable. I know that the online world is hard, so the package may help my online presence, but it's been a few weeks and I haven't really seen any steps in the right direction. 

I decided it would help me a lot to learn about the process they take so I can see what might have already been done to help build my reputation. If they can show me some positive growth, then I have no problem keeping my subscription and continuing onward. 

However, I found that getting in touch with anyone from Mylife.com is also a bit of a problem.
